Not One...but Two School Buses for Sale!

FOR SALE
TWO. 2001 School Buses


MINIMUM BID STARTING AT $1000.00
*Buses are being sold separately Bus #2 or Bus #3*
These vehicles are being sold as is where is, with NO WARRANTY.

2001 Chevrolet School Buses. One ton with duel rear wheels. These buses are currently being used as a route bus and will remain in service until sold. Both buses currently meets all Alaska State Pupil Transportation Safety Standards and is fully operational.

School Bus is listed in Good to Fair condition with approximately 90,000 miles.
Engine: V8 5.7 Vortec. Transmission: Automatic. Bus has 8 rear seats and drivers seat. Comes with front and rear heater.

THESE SCHOOL BUSES ARE BEING LIQUIDATED BY SOUTHEAST ISLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT AND IS LOCATED IN THORNE BAY, ALASKA.

In the event that these buses are sold to another school district, all school bus components will remain on bus. If sold to a private party, buyer will be responsible for removing some school bus components. (Stop sign, large 8 inch red and amber loading lights and, “School Bus” sign)

Bids must be turned into Southeast Island School District at 1010 Sandy Beach Road, Thorne Bay, AK 99919, or faxed to: 907-828-8257 (District Office) or email Fleet and Pupil Transportation Supervisor at mashe@sisd.org.

Please write “Bus 2 or Bus 3 bid”. Bid must include Bidders legal name, physical and mailing address, current phone number and bid amount. Any bid with missing information  will be rejected.

Bid closes Friday January 20, 2017 at 3:00 pm.
*Payment must be paid in full within 7 days of bid closure.

This is not a sealed bid, so bidders may request highest bid amount by emailing, mashe@sisd.org. This can be done up to 24 hours of bid closure.
