The Craig Public Works Department will be flushing fire hydrants the week of October 16th through October 20th.
This is part of the normal operation and maintenance of the water distribution system.
Should the water at your residence become discolored, please run your bathtub or outside hose bib until the water runs clear. If using a faucet, remove the aerator.
Any overages in water use during the flushing of your household system will be taken into consideration at the time of billing.
If your water remains discolored or if you have questions, please call the Public Works Department at 826-3405 or City Hall at 826-3275.
