Craig Police Report Week of December 3, 2017


The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the Craig Police Department:

12/3/17
3:26 p.m. A K-9 was placed in pound to be picked up by PAWS.
4:38 p.m. Received a request for a welfare check, due to reports of drug use, an officer responded.

12/4/17
5:29 a.m. Received a report of the lights being off in North Cove, Harbormaster notified.
6:53 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance on 9th and Main street, an officer was advised.
8:49 a.m. Received a report of an aggressive K-9 on Beach rd, an officer was advised.
9:29 a.m. Received a report a K-9 hit on C/K Hwy near Tanner Crab, an officer responded, owner picked up K-9.
10:04 a.m. A 46 year old female was arrest on an Arrest Warrant for charges of Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances in the Third Degree.

12/5/17
12:02 a.m. A 25 year old male was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for charges of Misconduct Involving Weapon in the Third Degree.
10:00 a.m. Received a report of a wallet found, owner notified and wallet returned.
1:23 p.m. Received a report of an MVA on Beach rd, an officer was advised.
2:11 p.m. Received a report of a vehicle parked in the 24hr parking for 2 weeks at the Harbor, an officer was advised.
2:18 p.m. Received a juvenile complaint on 9th street, an officer responded, matter resolved.
10:00 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on PSN, a verbal warning was given for failing to yield.

12/6/17
10:30 a.m. Received a report of a man with multiple warrants back in town, officers were advised.
12:12 p.m. Received a report of a domestic disturbance in the Harborview TC, an officer responded, matter resolved.
1:09 p.m. Received a report of a woman who would leave a residence on 9th street, an officer responded, matter resolved.
1:10 Received a report of a wallet found.
3:22 p.m. EMS responded to a call at JS.
5:26 p.m. Received a report of a possible intoxicated driver, Officer was advised.
11:18 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance in the Harborview TC, an officer responded, matter resolved.
9:09 a.m. A 48 year old male was arrested on Arrest Warrants for charges of Attempt/Violate a DVPO.
12:37 p.m. EMS responded to a call on Thomas ct.
2:11 p.m. A DVPO was served on 2nd street.

12/7/17
9:09 a.m. A 48 year old male was arrested on Arrest Warrants for charges of Attempt/Violate a DVPO.
12:37 p.m. EMS responded to a call on Thomas ct.
2:11 p.m. A DVPO was served on 2nd street.

12/8/17
2:54 a.m. EMS responded to a call on Sunnyside drive.
3:26 a.m. An officer provided transport for an individual to the City Dock.
2:57 p.m. Received a report of suspicious activity at a local business, an officer responded.
12/9/17
1:37 a.m. Received a report of suspicious activity, officers responded, matter resolved.
2:57 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on 2 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for speed.
3:07 a.m. Received a report of an intoxicated person at a residence, an officer responded, matter resolved.
7:45 p.m. Received a report of a missing K-9 from SSTC.
7:52 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on C/K Hwy by AML, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation.
9:00 p.m. Received a request for a welfare check of a child, officers responded.


December 3, 2017 to December 9, 2017 the following complaints were reported and investigated by the Craig Police Department:

0 abandoned vehicles; 3 adult arrest; 3 agency assists; 5 animal reports; 0 assault; 0 bear complaints; 0 burglaries, 1 business assists; 11 citizen assists, 0 citations were issued; 2 criminal complaint; 0 criminal mischief; 0 criminal trespass, 0 disorderly conduct; 2 disturbances; 1 domestic dispute; 1 Domestic Violence Orders Served,0 fire call, 2 found property, 0 harassments, 0 juvenile arrest; 1 juvenile complaints; 0 lost property; 3 medical call; 1 motor vehicle accidents; 0 noise complaints; 0 protective custodies; 0 subpoena served,0 summons served; 2 suspicious circumstances; 0 theft; 0 traffic complaints; 0 unsecured premise, 3 verbal warnings and 2 welfare checks were given
