Craig Police Report Week of March 11, 2018


The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the Craig Police Department:

3/11/18
12:00 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop at Anne Betty’s, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation.
1:57 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on C/K Hwy and PSN, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation and no insurance.
10:22 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop at CHS, a verbal warning was given for speed.
12:07 p.m. EMS responded to a call on Easy street.
1:05 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on PSN, a verbal warning was given for speed.
1:25 p.m. Received a report of a loose K-9 in the SSTC, an officer responded, matter resolved.
6:39 p.m. Received a request from a local business on Cold Storage Rd, officers responded, matter resolved.
7:03 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop in the SSTC, verbal warnings were given for equipment violation and failing to register vehicle, citations were issued for no proof insurance and driving while license revoked.
9:18 p.m. A 19 year old male was arrested on charges of Forgery in the First Degree x2 and Theft in the Fourth Degree x2.

3/12/18
8:55 a.m. Received a report of suspicious activity on PSN, an officer responded, matter resolved.
9:19 a.m. EMS responded to a call at a Craig School.
10:42 a.m. A local business requested assistance, an officer was notified.
11:35 a.m. EMS responded to a call at a Craig School.
1:16 p.m. An officer assisted a citizen on Sunnyside Dr.
1:37 p.m. Received a request for a welfare check in the SSTC.
1:52 p.m. Received a report of lost, items were found.
1:58 p.m. A Summons was served at a local business.
4:12 p.m. Received a report of suspicious activity in the Harbor, an officer responded, matter resolved.
7:07 p.m. EMS responded to a call on Front street.
8:11 p.m. Received a juvenile complaint on Cedar St, officers responded, matter resolved.
8:56 p.m. Officers preformed a welfare check in SSTC.

3/13/18
5:38 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance in SSTC, an officer responded, matter resolved.
9:12 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance in SSTC, an officer responded, matter resolved.
9:27 a.m. EMS responded to a call on Sunnyside Dr.
5:48 p.m. Received a juvenile complaint on Water street, an officer responded, matter resolved.
6:44 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on PSN, a verbal warning was given for failing to stop at sign, expired registration, no proof of insurance, and failure to carry DL.
7:41 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Hamilton drive, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation and no proof of insurance.

3/14/18
11:59 a.m. A citizen on Tanner Crab Ct. requested assistance, an officer was notified.
1:34 p.m. A 24 year old female was arrested on a State Arrest warrant for charges of Forgery/ Theft/ Criminal Trespass/ Violating Conditions Of Release.
6:51 p.m. A 36 year old female was arrested on a State Arrest Warrant for charges of Assault in the Fourth Degree.

3/15/18
7:36 a.m. Received an animal; complaint in SSTC.
9:13 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop at AML, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation.
3:38 p.m. Received a report of suspicious activity on PSN, an officer responded, matter resolved.
4:08 p.m. An officer issued a citation for Litter in Public Places.
5:29 p.m. EMS responded to a call in the Harborview TC.
6:12 p.m. EMS responded to a call on 5th street.
7:53 p.m. Received a report of suspicious activity near the Ballfield, an officer responded.
9:52 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance in SSTC, an officer responded, matter resolved.

3/16/18
7:12 a.m. Received a report of a traffic complaint on C/K Hwy, an officer responded.
9:42 a.m. EMS responded to a call on Sunnyside Dr.
9:51 a.m. Received a report of found property at a local business, an officer responded, items brought to CPD.
9:53 a.m. Received a report of an animal complaint in SSTC, an officer was notified.
12:04 p.m. EMS responded to a call on PSN.
6:56 p.m. An officer picked up 2 loose K-9 on C/K Hwy by the School, K-9 were placed in pound, owners were issued citation.
9:41 p.m. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on 1st and Main St.
11:33 p.m. Officers assisted a citizen on Cold Storage Rd.

3/17/18
12:02 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on C/K Hwy and Sunnahae Trail, a verbal warning was given for expired registration, no proof insurance, and fail to carry DL.
12:23 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance on T&H St, officers responded, matter resolved.
11:23 a.m. Received a criminal complaint on T&H St, an officer responded, matter resolved.
8:41 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on Hill Top Dr, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation.
9:11 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on PSN, a verbal warning was given for speed.
9:21 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on Thomas Rd, a verbal warning was given for speed, no proof of insurance, fail to carry registration.
9:32 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop at AML, a verbal warning was given for equipment violation.
9:40 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on C/K Hwy and Tanner Crab Ct, a verbal warning was given for speed.
