Updated Veterans Totem Raising Schedule and Ric Epperson (VA Coordinator) in Craig

Update: Veterans Canoe Pulling in Hollis on Thursday at 3pm in Hollis

The VA is coming to celebrate the totem raising and Ric Epperson will be in Craig Wednesday afternoon. 1:15 to 4pm at the Vet Center.
Ric Epperson is Alaska VA's Rural Health Program Coordinator. The position was created in support of the VA’s commitment to provide health care to every Veteran who honorably served this Nation. The Alaska VA Healthcare System has expanded health care access through a system of clinics located in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai/Homer, Mat-Su, and Juneau; however, approximately 13 percent of the Alaska Veteran population lives outside a borough in which there is a VA Clinic.

Lucy is a real service officer and she will also be at the Craig Vet Center Thursday 8-2:30pm

Friday we need a show of force with lots of folks for a listening session on Friday 17th from 13:00-14:30 in Klawock at the ANB Hall. Open to all, they will listen and help answer questions.
Flyers attached.
