On 4/28/19 Alaska Wildlife Troopers on Prince of Wales Island were patrolling the marine waters near Keete Inlet. During that patrol, they contacted Corbin Carter, age 29 of Washington State. Investigation revealed that Carter was sport fishing without an Alaska sport fish license. Carter was issued an Alaska Uniform Citation for fishing without a license.

On 05/01/2019 at about 1901 hours, the Alaska State Troopers contacted Heather Morris, age 34 of Ketchikan in the 900 Block of Park Avenue. Morris was found to be intoxicated by alcohol which was in violation of conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse. The original charges stem from MICS 2, and VCOR. Morris was arrested for three counts of VCOR and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with bail set at $1500.

On 05/01/2019 at about 1800 hours, the Alaska State Troopers contacted and arrested Shauna Velasco, age 28, of Juneau in the 100 block of Washington Street for an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Juneau Courthouse for non-compliance with treatment reference the original charges of Burglary 1st Degree and Theft in the 2nd Degree. Velasco was transported and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with bail set at $10,000.

On 4/28/19, Alaska Wildlife Troopers on Prince of Wales Island were patrolling the marine waters near Hydaburg, During the patrol, they contacted Donald Alander Jr, Age 37 of Hydaburg, who was sport fishing for king salmon. Investigation determined that Alander was fishing without a valid Alaska sport fish license. Alander was issued an Alaska Uniform Citation for fishing without a license.
