On 03/10/2020 at about 1834 hours, the Alaska State Troopers contacted and arrested Jeremy Thompson, age 31 of Ketchikan at a residence on Stay Court. Thompson had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Ketchikan Courthouse for Violating Conditions of Release from the original charge of MICS 2nd Degree. Thompson was transported and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with bail set at $1000.00.

On 03/11/2020 at about 2358 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a vehicle driving into the ditch on Forest Park Drive. It was also reported that the driver had left the area on foot. Investigation revealed that Heather Guthrie, age 34 of Ketchikan who was located at a nearby residence reported being the driver and had a reported steering malfunction which caused the vehicle to drive into the ditch. Further Investigation revealed that Guthrie was in violation of current conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse by consuming alcohol. The original charges stem from Assault in the 4th Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Guthrie was arrested and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with bail set at $250.00.

On 03/11/2020 at about 1620 hours. the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford Explorer at mile 12 of the North Tongass Highway. The vehicle was stopped for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that the driver Tandy Worell, age 42 of Ketchikan was operating a vehicle while her driver's license was Revoked reference a DUI. Further Investigation revealed that Worrell was violating current conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse by driving. Worrell was arrested and transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center with bail set at $500.00.

On March 12, 2020, at approximately 0956 hrs, Alaska State Troopers contacted 33-year-old Rusty Shull of Ketchikan, at a residence near Knudson Cove Road. Shull was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for violating his court ordered conditions of release, on the original charge of driving under the influence. Shull was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center where he was held on $1,000.00 bail.
