On 12/26/2020 at about 1920 hours, the Alaska State Troopers and Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted and arrested Jamie Mccolley-Edwardson, age 31 of Ketchikan at a residence on Bolles Lane. Mccolley-Edwardson had a $5,000 warrant issued reference VCOR by the Ketchikan Courthouse. Further investigation revealed that Mccolley-Edwardson was in possession of suspected Heroin and drug paraphernalia on her person. Further investigation revealed that Mccolley-Edwardson was on current conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse from the original charges the Theft and VCOR and was violating current conditions by being in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Mccolley- Edwardson was remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center.

On 12/27/2020 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Thomas Day (51) of Ketchikan for retaining two personal use taken Dungeness Crab that were under the legal size. This violation carries a set fine of $160 in the First Judicial District Court in Ketchikan.

On 12/27/2020 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Tracy Mettler (52) of Ketchikan for retaining personal use taken shrimp without first obtaining a personal use shrimp permit. This violation carries a set fine of $220 in the First Judicial District Court in Ketchikan.

On 12/29/2020 at about 2142 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a Suzuki at mile 2 of the South Tongass Highway after identifying the driver as Karl Seierup, age 48 of Ketchikan who had a Revoked driver's license out of Alaska. Further investigation revealed that Seierup was required to have an IID device on any vehicle he operates and was on current conditions of release which he was violating by operating a motor vehicle. Seierup was arrested and transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center. AST would like to thank the Saxman VPSO for their assistance with the investigation.

On 12/29/2020 at about 2228 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a red Dodge Caravan in the 500 Block of Water Street. The vehicle was pulled over for a moving violation. Investigation revealed that the driver, Jennifer Treat, age 36 of Ketchikan was operating a motor vehicle while her driver's license was Revoked from a prior DUI. Further investigation also revealed that Treat was required to have an IID Device on any vehicle she operates which she did not. Treat was also found to be on conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse for the original charge of DWLR and was not to drive. Treat was arrested and transported to Ketchikan Correctional Center. AST would like to thank that Saxman VPSO for their assistance with the investigation.

On 12/29/2020 at about 2311 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to Forest Park Drive for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed that Sharlee Polty, age 20 of Ketchikan was Violating a DV Order by being in contact with someone she was to have no contact with. Further investigation revealed that Polty was violating current conditions of release by not abiding by the DV Order. Polty was arrested and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail. AST would like to thank the Saxman VPSO for their assistance with the investigation.

On 12/30/2020 at about 2035 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Kia for an equipment violation in the 3400 Block of Tongass Avenue. Investigation revealed that a passenger Sharlee Polty, age 20 of Ketchikan was Violating a DV Order by being in contact with someone she was to have no contact with. Further investigation revealed that Polty was violating current conditions of release by not abiding by the DV Order and being in contact with the driver of the vehicle stopped. Polty was arrested and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail.

On 01/02/2021 at about 1932 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford Pick-Up for a moving violation at mile 9 of the North Tongass Highway. Investigation revealed that Stephen Onstad, age 73 of Ketchikan was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Onstad was arrested for DUI and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center. Onstad's breath alcohol was found to be over three times the legal limit. AST would like to thank LEO with USFS for their assistance with the investigation.

On 01/01/2021 at about 1914 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance at a residence on Trollers Road. Investigation revealed that Colter Myers, age 27 of California assaulted a family member. Myers was arrested for Assault in the 4th Degree DV and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail. AST would like to thank USFS LEO officers for their assistance with the investigation.

On 12/31/2020 at about 1936 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a male that refused to pay for his cab after being given a ride to a residence off North Tongass Highway. The male fled the area and was not immediately located. Investigation revealed that Colter Myers, age 27 of California was the male who did not pay the taxi cab driver and was ultimately located on 01/02/2021. Colter Myers was issued a Summons for Theft in the 4th Degree. Further investigation revealed while investigating the Theft that a family member Charlene Myers, age 49 of Ketchikan was violating current conditions of release issued by the Ketchikan Courthouse by consuming alcohol. The conditions of release stem from the original charge of DUI. Charlene Myers was also issued a Summons for VCOR.

On 01/01/2021 at approximately 1040 hours, the Hydaburg VPSO contacted Jamal Travis, age 36 of Hydaburg at his residence. Travis was arrested on a $2500 outstanding warrant for his arrest for PTRP. Travis was remanded to the Craig Jail Facility without incident.

On 01/01/2021 at approximately 1411 hours, the Hydaburg VPSO contacted George Peratrovich, age 35 of Hydaburg at a residence on main street. Peratrovich was arrested on a $1500 outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to appear. Peratrovich was transported and remanded to the Craig Jail Facility without incident where he posted bail.
