Text: On 10/27/15 at approximately 1150 hours, Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales Island conducted a traffic stop on a 1986 Ford Pickup near mile 8 of the Kasaan Road for a speed violation. The driver of the vehicle was identified as John P. Ollivier, 49 of Kasaan. Investigation revealed that Ollivier was operating the vehicle with a canceled operator's license. Ollivier was issued Alaska Uniform Citation (AUC) to appear in court for the charge of Driving while license canceled.

Type: Fail To Validate Deer Harvest Tag

Text: On 10/28/15, the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Prince of Wales Island Post, contacted Joshua Kolean, 31 of Ketchikan, after he harvested a Sitka Black-tail Deer in which the contact led to Kolean being issued a citation for failing to validate his harvest tag. Bail is set at $160 with an optional appearance in the Craig District Court.

Text: On 10/6/15, Alaska Wildlife Troopers Craig Post charged Charles A. Bremer (39 YOA) of Ketchikan and Thomas R. Trumper (57 YOA) of Fort Bragg, Ca. with commercial fishing in a closed area for Sea Cucumbers. Both were participating in the sea cucumber dive fishery in Kasaan Bay but in a closed area. They were given a summons in the Craig District Court.
