Text: On 12-6-15 at approximately 1117 hours, the Alaska State Troopers, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, SEACAD, Ketchikan Police Department, United States Coast Guard and US Forestry Law Enforcement contacted Patrick Jaynes, age 46 of Hydaburg, as he arrived in Ketchikan from Hollis aboard the Inter-Island ferry. Jaynes was arrested for a Parole arrest warrant as an Absconder for the original charge of Attempted MICS 2, Assault 3 and Felony DUI. Jaynes was arrested and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center and held without bail.
