Craig Police Report Week of December 25, 2016


The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the
Craig Police Department:


12/25/16
12:45 a.m. a 25 yr old male was arrested for Assault in the fourth degree.
1:03 a.m. EMS responded to a call on 2nd street.

12/26/16
10:40 a.m. Received a report of a vehicle with a window broken out at a local business, an officer responded and an investigation was started.
11:23 a.m. Received a request for a well fare check of a child, an officer responded and spoke with the parents of the child.
6:56 p.m. EMS responded to a call on Hamilton drive.
9:56 p.m. EMS responded to a call at the Hill Bar.

12/27/16
8:54 a.m. EMS responded to a call on 2nd street.
9:58 a.m. Received a report that someone drove on the Ball field, investigation started.
10:17 a.m. Received a report of an alarm going off , an officer responded and home care taker was notified, appears to be a smoke alarm acting up.
12:16 p.m. Received a report of an accident between two vehicles in the Post Office parking lot, an officer spoke with parties involved.
5:01 p.m. Received a report of two children who jumped out a window in the Harborview Trailer Court, parents requested an officer to help locate, children located, officer soke with children and parents.
9:15 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop on E. Hamilton, a verbal warning was given for driving manor.
9:47 p.m. EMS responded to a call in the Upper Harborview Trailer Court.
10:31 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop on C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for broken tail light and head light out.

12/28/16
9:21 p.m. Received a request for an officer from the Upper Harborview Trailer Court to remove an unwanted person from a home, an officer responded and gave the individual a ride.

12/29/16
2:38 p.m. Received a request from Juvenile Probation office, Officer responded and spoke with child and other parties involved, an investigation was started for Assault in the fourth DV.
5:33 p.m. Received a request for an officer from a local business near Thompson house about a possible fake $50., an officer responded and confirmed it was real, just old.
8:28 p.m. A 51 yr old male was arrested for charges of Assult in the forth, DV.
9:18 p.m. Received a report of an overdue motorist
11:35 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance at the 400 block of Shaan Seet TC, an officer responded, no disturbance just two people talking loudly.

12/30/16
12:51 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop at C/K Hwy and JT Brown industrial rd, a verbal warning was given for tail light out.
3:04 a.m. a 25 yr old female was arrested on charges of Assault in the fourth DV.
10:16 a.m. Received a report of a loose black and white dog in the Harborview trailer court charging people.
1:29 p.m. A 48 yr old female was arrested on charges of Petition To Revoke Probation.
6:00 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 1.5 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal waning was given for no tail light.
9:01 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop on C/K Hwy at Sunnahae trail head, a verbal warning was given for a head light out and no proof of insurance.
11:58 p.m. An officer provided transport for 1 female.

12/31/16
12:15 a.m. Received a report of a disturbance at the 600 block of Main street, officers responded issue resolved by contact.
12:44 a.m. Received a report of a lost dog that goes by the name of “Pumpkin” at the 600 block of Main street, officers responded and located the dog.
5:31 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 7th and Water street, a verbal warning was given for no tail light and license not properly displayed.
1:03 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at NAPA parking lot, a verbal warning was given for speeding.
6:20 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance between a man and a woman in the Thomas Court area, an officer responded and advised it was verbal only.
9:06 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop on 7th and Water street, a verbal waning was given for a broken tail light.
10:12 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Ruth Anne’s parking lot, a verbal warning was given for a broken headlight.
10:34 p.m. Received a report of juveniles setting off fireworks near the Forest Service Apts, officers responded and spoke with them and their parents, they will keep them inside, if they are caught again they will be issued a citation.
11:46 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Water street and Sunnahae Hotel parking lot, a verbal warning was given for a break light out.

During the week December 25, 2016 to December 31, 2016 the following complaints were reported and investigated by the Craig Police Department:

0 abandoned vehicles; 4 adult arrest; 6 agency assists; 3 animal reports; 0 assault; 0 bear complaints; 0 burglaries, 1 business assists; 6 citizen assists, 0 citations were issued; 1 criminal mischief; 0 criminal trespass, 0 disorderly conduct; 3 disturbances; 0 domestic dispute; 0 Domestic Violence Orders Served, 0 fire call, 0 found property, 0 harassments; 1 juvenile complaints; 1 lost property; 5 medical call; 1 motor vehicle accidents; 0 noise complaints; 0 protective custodies; 0 subpoena served, 0 summons served; 2 suspicious circumstances; 0 theft; 0 traffic complaints; 0 unsecured premise, 11 verbal warnings and 1 welfare checks were given
