Craig Police Report Week of February 12, 2017




The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the
Craig Police Department:

2/12/17
12:22 a.m. An officer provided transport for a male to his residence from down town Craig.
12:11 p.m. A Domestic Violence Protective Order was served on 2nd street.
5:08 p.m. Received a report of an open overflowing hydrant on Beach and Spruce st, an officer responded and Public Works was contacted, they stated they were flushing the hydrant.

2/13/17
12:13 p.m. Received a report of a violation of a Protective Order.
7:00 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Port Bagial & A&B Apt, a verbal warning was given for no headlights.
7:34 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 700 block SSTC and PSN, a verbal warning was given for a break light out.
7:48 p.m. Received a report of a missing chocolate lab, owner called back at 7:55 p.m. and stated the dog had been found.

2/14/17
3:21 a.m. Received a report of a roof that blew off during high winds in the 300 block of Shaan Seet Trailer Court. The roof hit 3 power lines taking down power poles, and causing damage to surrounding homes and vehicles before coming to rest blocking the roadway in the 300 block. An officer responded and AP&T was quickly notified. Shaan Seet office was notified of blocked road due to roof.
8:04 a.m. Received a report of a downed power line in 500 block of Shaan Seet TC, officer notified AP&T.
9:56 a.m. Received a request for an officer to a local business near Tyler Rental due to a recent vandalism, an officer responded and spray paints were confiscated.
4:52 p.m. Received a report of a bag full of needles found on PSN, an officer responded and collected the bag of needles.
5:00 p.m. Received a report of a fire alarm going off on 500 block of E. Hamilton, an officer responded and advised of no fire.
8:02 p.m. EMS responded to a call in the 400 block of Shaan Seet trailer court.
11:03 p.m. Received a report of a fire alarm going off at a local business, an officer responded and advised of false alarm.

2/15/17
12:18 a.m. A 31 yr old male was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting arrest.
12:39 a.m. A 28 yr old female was arrested on charges of Assault in the fourth degree Domestic Violence.
12:50 a.m. EMS responded to a call on 2nd street.
11:24 a.m. Received a report of a Domestic Disturbance in the 400 block of T&H street, a woman was pushed down by her son, an officer responded.
3:08 p.m. A subpoena was served on 2nd street.
3:15 p.m. A subpoena was served on 2nd street.
8:01 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Wells Fargo parking lot, a verbal warning was given for a headlight out.
8:43 p.m. A subpoena was served in South Cove.

2/16/17
9:37 a.m. A vehicle was impounded
2:11 p.m. Received a report of two intoxicated males walking dogs near Totem Park and Shaan Seet, an officer responded.
2:46 p.m. Received a report of a red colored dog running in and out of traffic near The book store, an officer responded but was unable to locate the dog.
9:30 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop on JS street near Shaub Ellison, a citation was issued for Driving While License Revoked.

2/17/17
8:18 a.m. A summons was served on 2nd street.
1:06 p.m. Received a report of a dog howling Shaan Seet TC, officer responded.
4:27 p.m. Officers and EMS responded to an Motor Vehicle Accident at 4 Mile C/K Hwy.
7:37 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 4.5 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for no head lights on.
9:19 p.m. Received a report of a barking dog Shaan Seet TC for a couple hours, the care taker was notified and she is going up to take care of the dog.
10:37 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at PSN near 500 block of Shaan Seet, a verbal warning was given for speed.
10:57 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at Park Place, a verbal warning was given for a break light out and expired registration.
11:37 p.m. Officers responded to a fight outside a local bar, issue was resolved by contact, all parties involved were asked to leave the bar and cooperated.

2/18/17
1:17 p.m. EMS responded to a call at 200 block Main street.
2:20 p.m. A citation was issued on 2nd street.
4:03 p.m. Received a report of an assault on Tanner Crab Ct, an officer responded and an investigation was started.
4:39 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance at Shaan Seet TC, a man stated he heard people yelling and threatening him behind his trailer, an officer responded and matter resolved.
4:59 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at C/K Hwy and NAPA Auto, a verbal warning was given for driving habits.
8:40 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at E. Hamilton and Achten Ct, a verbal warning was given for expired out of state plate.
9:14 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at C/K Hwy and Peace Health, a verbal warning was given for a headlight out.
9:34 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at C/K Hwy and Arrowhead fuel, a verbal warning was given for a headlight out.
10:48 p.m. Received a report from a woman in Harborview TC that the cab had just dropped her off and stolen $50. From her, officers responded and spoke with both the woman and cab driver, issue was resolved.

During the week of February 12, 2017 to February 18, 2017 the following complaints were reported and investigated by the Craig Police Department:

0 abandoned vehicles; 2 adult arrest;12 agency assists; 4 animal reports; 0 assault; 0 bear complaints; 0 burglaries, 2 business assists; 6 citizen assists, 2 citations were issued; 4 criminal mischief;0 criminal trespass, 0 disorderly conduct; 2 disturbances; 1 domestic dispute; 1 Domestic Violence Orders Served,2 fire call, 0 found property, 0 harassments, 0 juvenile arrest 0 juvenile complaints; 0 lost property; 2 medical call; 1 motor vehicle accidents; 0 noise complaints; 0 protective custodies; 3 subpoena served,1 summons served; 2 suspicious circumstances; 0 theft; 0 traffic complaints; 0 unsecured premise, 10 verbal warnings and 0 welfare checks were given
