The Craig Tribal Association is requesting quotes for a welcoming dinner on the 11th of April for meal prep, serving and clean up, for about 100-125 people. (Some CTA Staff may be available to assist in the clean up)
Dinner Menu will be:
-Halibut Olympia
-Geoduck Fritters
-Rice
-Fish Egg Salad (or if not available regular salad)
-Dessert
Please incorporate the cost of the geoduck if CTA was to purchase geoducks and a cost if the bidder was to purchase geoducks.
Please have quotes in to the CTA office no later than 4:30 PM March 24, 2017.
