Craig Police Dispatch Week of April 16, 2017


During the week of April 16, 2017 to April 22, 2017

The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the Craig Police Department:

4/16/17
4:46 p.m. Received a report of a Disturbance at 500 block of Beach road, an officer responded and an investigation was started.
7:18 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at C/K Hwy and JT Brown Industrial, a verbal warning was given for driving left of center.

4/17/17
2:02 p.m. Received a report of vehicle with damaged windshield, driving all over the roadway. Officer stopped, warning issued for damaged window and vehicle has to be fixed before it can be on roadway again.
5:36 p.m. Received a report of a vehicle speeding, heading towards Craig. Officers advised.
10:04 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 1.5 mile PSN, a verbal warning was given for both tail lights out.

4/18/17
10:28 a.m. Received a report from Shaan Seet Office stating there is a man out at the scrap yard that is not supposed to be there, officer responded and a trespass warning was issued.
5:56 p.m. Received a report of a disturbance on T&H street of a man fighting someone outside of a residence, officers responded and the issue was resolved.
7:41 p.m. Two Subpoenas were served at 500 block of 2nd street.
7:43 p.m. A Subpoena was served at 500 block of 2nd street.
7:45 p.m. A Subpoena was served at 500 block of 2nd street.
7:47 p.m. EMS responded to a call at 600 block of Beach rd.
9:01 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 500 block of Shaan Seet TC, a verbal warning was given for a broken tail light, a citation was issued for no insurance.

4/19/17
9:51 a.m. Received a report of suspicious activity Shaan Seet TC, investigation started.
9:55 a.m. A welfare check was requested on a man at 600 block of Shaan Seet, officer responded, everything found to be ok.

4/20/17
2:59 p.m. Received a report of a baby walking down by North Cove towards float dock with no one around, an officer responded and spoke with the mother who was working on her dads house and stated her brother was supposed to be watching the baby, he left.
5:44 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at C/K Hwy and Peace Health, a verbal warning was given for studded tires on.
5:53 p.m. Received a report of a white truck that ran 2 stop signs and crossed the center line on C/K Hwy near AP&T, an officer responded and no signs of impairment in driver, a citation was issued to the passenger for an open container.

4/21/17
10:54 a.m. Conducted a traffic stop at JS parking lot, a citation was issued for basic speed.
12:28 p.m. Received a animal complaint, Harborview TC, officer responded and owner issued warning for dog at large.
1:42 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at PSN Burn Pit, a citation was issued for Driving While License Revoked/ Canceled.

4/22/17
6:01 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at PSN and Burn Pit, a citation was issued for speed.
8:35 p.m. Received a report of a Disturbance on 9th and Water street of what sounded like a man yelling at a women, officers responded and the issue was resolved.
9:28 p.m. An officer brought to the station a radio that had been found.
9:57 p.m. A 26 yr old Female was arrested for Violating Conditions Of Release on charges of DUI and Assault in the Fourth Degree.
10:06 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 4.1 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for a headlight out.
10:54 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at 2 mile C/K Hwy, a verbal warning was given for a headlight out.
11:45 p.m. Conducted a traffic stop at North Cove parking area, a verbal warning was given for no headlight.

During the week of April 16, 2017 to April 22, 2017 the following complaints were reported and investigated by the Craig Police Department:

0 abandoned vehicles; 1 adult arrest;5 agency assists; 3 animal reports; 0 assault; 0 bear complaints; 0 burglaries, 2 business assists; 9 citizen assists, 4 citations were issued; 1 criminal mischief; 0 criminal trespass, 0 disorderly conduct; 2 disturbances; 1 domestic dispute; 0 Domestic Violence Orders Served,0 fire call, 2 found property, 0 harassments, 0 juvenile arrest1 juvenile complaints; 0 lost property; 1 medical call; 0 motor vehicle accidents; 0 noise complaints; 0 protective custodies; 4 subpoena served,0 summons served; 2 suspicious circumstances; 0 theft; 3 traffic complaints; 0 unsecured premise, 9 verbal warnings and 1 welfare checks were given
