On 3/27/2017 at about 1050 hours, Prince of Wales based Troopers received a report of an assault that had occurred several months prior. Due to the relationship of the suspect and victim, the alleged assault has been determined as domestic violence. The suspect of the assault, 47 year old Curtis Eisel of Craig was discovered to have three outstanding warrants for his arrest. At approximately 1320 hours, Eisel was located at a residence in Craig where he was arrested on the warrants and transported to the Craig Jail. The investigation into the reported assault is on going.

On 03/29/17 at approximately 1037 hours, Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales conducted a traffic stop for expired registration on gold Toyota SUV at the Craig City Docks. Investigation revealed Darcie Ouellette, age 31 of Craig, was operating the vehicle in violation of a restriction on her driver’s license. Ouellette was issued a summons for A.S. 28.15.121(d) Drive In Violation Of Restricted License.
