Port Saint Nicholas Residents and Property Owners
The following ordinances will be on the agenda for this next Craig City Council meeting Thursday APRIL 5th at 7 pm at the City of Craig building.

TWO DRAFT ORDINANCES UP FOR DISCUSSION

1. IMPLEMENTS A FEE (ROAD MAINTENANCE FEE)
TO BE COLLECTED FROM PSN PROPERTY OWNERS ALONG THE PSN ROAD. 

2. IMPLEMENTS A PROCESS FOR THE CITY TO REGULATE DRIVEWAYS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY LIMITS.(Permits for building or reconstruction of a driveway)

If the council is satisfied with the structure and terms of the Ordinances, staff will schedule the documents for a first reading at the APRIL 19th COUNCIL MEETING.
