Hollis Loses Power After Several Trees Fall on the Highway in a Freak Windstorm

Massive YUGE wind gusts came out of nowhere between 2-4pm Tuesday April 10th and knocked down trees at three different spots between mile 28 and 29. POW residents would know this area as the big hill that goes from the rock pit all the way down to the Maybeso River bridge.

POW Report can't confirm how big the winds were but two Hollis residents speculated that it was anywhere between 80 and 100 mph.
