The Ketchikan Police Department has requested AST assistance in locating Jeremy E. Ellis, 24 of Ketchikan. A no bail felony warrant was issued out of the Ketchikan court on May 1, 2018, when Ellis failed to appear at a hearing. The original charges against Ellis were for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, Theft in the Second Degree and two counts of Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the Third Degree. Ellis is believed to be in the area of Prince of Wales Island or in the Ketchikan area. Anyone with information on his whereabouts are encouraged to call Troopers at 907-225-5118, Ketchikan Police Department at 907-225-6631, or by calling 9-1-1. Do not attempt to contact Ellis on your own as he is believed to be armed and dangerous. He is known to carry a firearm. Ellis additionally has a $1000 warrant for Violating Conditions of Release.
