EV UPDATE!

We are presently averaging the equivalent of 75.9 MPG with EV on Prince of Wales Island.

Here is the math. With the present cost of gas at $3.96 per gallon, the cost of electricity is $.24 per kWh. Thus you could purchase 16.5 KWhs for the same price as a gallon of gas.

With EV currently averaging 4.6 miles per kilowatt hour(kWh) - 16.5 kWh's X 4.6 Miles per kWh = 75.9 MPG (e) — feeling energized.
