On 7/30/18, Alaska Wildlife Troopers on Prince of Wales Island conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near mile nine of the Klawock-Hollis Hwy for a speed violation. Investigation revealed that the driver, William Conway, age 22 of Klawock, was on conditions of release in a prior Assault IV-DV case. Part of his conditions were to have no contact with the victim in the case, who happened to be the passenger in Conway's vehicle at the time of stop. Conway was placed under arrest for unlawful contact-1st degree, and violating his conditions of release. Conway was transported to the Craig jail facility where he was remanded without bail.

On July 31, 2018 at about 3:04 PM, the Alaska State Trooper responded to a single vehicle rollover on the Klawock-Hollis Hwy. Troopers contacted the driver, 34 year old Hydaburg resident Jamal Travis. Investigation resulted in Travis being arrested for violating his probation along with two new charges for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV. Travis was transported to the Craig Jail where he was remanded without bail.

On August 3, 2018 at about 1:00PM, Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales island went to a residence in Hydaburg in an attempt to locate 40 year Biana Brisson, who had an active arrest warrant for Theft II. Troopers located Brisson hiding in a back bedroom where she was arrested and transported to Craig Police Department where she was remanded.

On 8/3/18 at 1353 hours, Prince of Wales State Troopers arrested 58 year old Patrick McNeill of Klawock. McNeill had an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to register as a sex offender in the second degree. McNeill was remanded to the Craig Jail without incident
