Craig Police Report Week of August 26, 2018


The following incidents were reported to and/or investigated by the Craig Police Department:

8/26/18
12:19 a.m. Officers responded to a disturbance at Hill Bar. Matter resolved.
3:26 a.m. EMS responded to a call at Upper Harborview.
7:47 a.m. Officers responded to alarms going off, matter resolved.
12:46 p.m. A 31 year old female was arrested for Assault in the 3rd degree.

8/27/18
8:06 a.m. Citizen came to CPD with animal complaint. Matter resolved.
11:17 a.m. A 37 year old male was arrested for Misc. involving controlled substance in the 2nd degree, Misc. involving weapon in the 4th degree
5:50 p.m. Officer responded to the Dog Pound to assist a citizen. Matter resolved.
6:23 p.m. EMS responded to a call at local business. Matter resolved
7:14 p.m. Officer responded to a call that a car hit a bear near the Cliffs. Matter resolved.

8/28/18
6:01 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop, warning given for no turn signal, broken tail light, and no decals.

8/29/18
1:32 a.m. An officer responded to a bear knocking over trash cans in SSTC. Matter resolved
2:49 p.m. An officer responded to alarms going off at local business. Matter resolved.
3:42 p.m. A 21 year old male was arrested for DUI.
4:15 p.m. A 61 year old male was arrested for PTRP.

8/30/18
9:33 a.m. EMS responded to a medivac. Matter resolved
7:18 p.m. An officer responded to a suspicious person, around Lagoon Beach. Matter resolved
7:34 p.m. An officer responded to a welfare check at Upper Harborview. Matter resolved
8:17 p.m. An officer responded to a fire alarm at local business. Matter resolved
8:54 p.m. An officer pulled over a vehicle on CK HWY for no tail lights. Verbal Warning Issued

8/31/18
9:52 a.m. An officer responded to a welfare check on Oceanview Dr. Matter resolved
8:13 p.m. An officer responded to a bear complaint near Crab Creek. Matter resolved

9/1/18
2:58 a.m. An officer responded to a bear knocking over trash cans in SSTC. Matter resolved.
3:11 a.m. An officer pulled over a vehicle on PSN/CK HWY. Verbal warning for broken tail light and no proof of insurance.
3:34 a.m. An officer pulled over a vehicle PSN/700 Block SSTC for expired registration and DUI. Adult female arrested for DUI.
7:12 a.m. An officer responded to a disturbance on 300 Block of Cedar St. Matter resolved
11:53 a.m. An officer responded to business asking for police assistance. Matter resolved.
11:33 p.m. An officer responded to a disturbance on Harbor View Dr. Matter resolved.
