On 11/09/18 at approximately 2040 hours, Officers contacted Ethan Bolton, age 28, in the 600 block of Dock Street due to a noise complaint. Mr. Bolton was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Mr. Bolton was transported to the state jail and held on $1,000.00 bail.
On 11/09/18 at approximately 2200 hours, Officers contacted Jose Alvarado, age 43, in the 2100 block of Sea Level Drive due to him having an outstanding warrant. Mr. Alvarado was arrested and transported to the state jail where he was held on $50.00 bail.
On 11/10/18 at approximately 1855 hours, Officers contacted Jose Alvarado, age 43, in the 2200 block of Tongass Avenue due to a report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave a business. Mr. Alvarado was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release and transported to the state jail where he was booked and held on $250.00 bail.
On 11/11/18 at approximately 1307 hours, Officers contacted Ian Johnson-Beitman, age 27, in the 800 block of Park Avenue. Mr. Johnson-Beitman had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was arrested and transported to the state jail where he was held on $50.00 bail.
On 11/11/18 at approximately 1449 hours, Officers served Celia R. Weston, age 47, a summons to appear in court. She was charged with one count of Theft in the Fourth Degree.
On 11/12/18 at 1548 hours, Officers contacted Jose Alvarado, age 43, in the 1000 block of Water Street due to a report an intoxicated male walking in the street. Mr. Alvarado was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release. Mr. Alvarado was transported to the state jail and held on $250 bail.
On 11/13/18 at approximately 0023 hours, Officers responded to the 400 block of Dock Streetto investigate the report of an altercation. Officers contacted Murphy J. Charles, age 37. Mr. Charles was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release, transported to the state jail and held without bail.
On 11/13/18 at approximately 0957 hours, Officers assisted the Adult Probation Office on Forest Avenue. Sadie Marsden, age 20, was contacted and arrested on an outstanding warrant.She was transported to the state jail and held $1,000 bail.
On 11/13/18 at approximately 1417 hours, Officers contacted Toni R. Sanderson, age 38, and Esther M. Peratrovich, age 28, at a downtown apartment building. Both Ms. Sanderson and Ms. Peratrovich had warrants for their arrest, were taken into custody and transported to the state jail. Ms. Sanderson was held on one $500.00 warrant. Ms. Peratrovich was held on two $50.00 warrants.
On 11/15/18 at about 1500 hours, Officers investigated the report of a domestic assault in the lobby of the Police Department. Christian Alvarez, age 27, was later contacted at his residence on Buren Road. Mr. Alvarez was arrested for Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic Violence.He was transported to the state jail and held without bail.
On 11/15/2018 at approximately 2331 hours, Officers responded to Safeway for a report of a larceny. Christian Mathers, age 20, was contacted. Mr. Mathers was charged with Theft in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Trespass in the First Degree and False Information or Report.
On 11/16/18 at approximately 0333 hours, Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by David F. Torres, age 33, in the 1200 block of Schoenbar Road. The vehicle failed to stop as soon as practical when signaled to do so. Mr. Torres was arrested for Failure to Stop at the Direction of a Peace Officer. He was transported to the state jail where he was booked and was to be released to his own recognizance.
On 11/16/18 at approximately 1425 hours, Officers contacted Candra Deguzman, age 32, in the 300 block of Front Street for violating court ordered conditions. Ms. Deguzman was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Release, transported to the state jail and held on $250.00 bail.
