FULL-TIME PERMANENT KETCHIKAN TERMINAL AGENT
The Inter-Island Ferry Authority is accepting applications for Permanent Full-time Terminal Agent at the Ketchikan Terminal. Duties include but are not limited to customer service, booking reservations, cash/credit card handling, daily reporting, assisting with vessel line handling, janitorial, security, and other duties as assigned by IFA Terminal Supervisor. Position offers 32 hours per week including weekends, fill-in relief shifts, and an excellent benefit package.
A TWIC is required within 30 days of hire for this position.
