POW Power Outages Due to Substation Failure

Good Morning POW - the power outage in Craig [March 18th] was caused by a failure in the substation. This caused 4 phase to ground faults on the substation.

Just a reminder we do not monitor Facebook for power related problems. If you are having a power related emergency please call our power emergency intake department at (907) 826-3202 ext 3.

Examples of power related emergencies are: lights flickering (constant flicker), browning lights, power outages, and downed power lines.
