July 2019 Fireworks Notice- Amended
Under City Ordinance 9.24.010 it is unlawful to use fireworks within the city limits of Craig.
In keeping with past practice, starting at 9:00 PM on the evening of Wednesday, July 3, 2019 through 11:59 PM on Thursday, July 4, 2019 fireworks will be permitted in city limits in certain locations.
DUE TO THE DRY WEATHER, FIREWORKS MAY BE DISCHARGED ONLY FROM PUBLIC BEACHES AND OVER WATER
Use common sense and judgment when using fireworks. Be considerate of your neighbors and pets. Be safe and enjoy the city’s fireworks display, parade and other events over the holiday.
