Type: Criminal Trespass 1st Degree, Disorderly Conduct

On 07/11/2020 at about 1923 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence in the 2700 Block of Eagle Avenue after AST received a report of a female who was intoxicated and refused to leave the residence. AST contacted and arrested Crystal Lammers, age 41 of Ketchikan. Lammers was arrested for Criminal Trespass 1st Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Alcohol was a factor.

Type: Escape Ring Violation

On 7/8/20, Alaska Wildlife Troopers on Prince of Wales Island located and seized a sport fish dungy pot in the marine waters of the Klawock Inlet that did not have the required escape rings. Investigation showed that the pot was being fished by Maxwell Koonz, age 20 of Washington State. Koonz was issued a minor offense citation for the violation and the pot was returned.

Type: Over limit commercial Geoducks

On 7-11-2020 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Eric Riemer (41) of Ketchikan for delivering an over limit of commercially taken Geoducks. This is a strict-liability commercial fishing offense that requires a mandatory court appearance in the First Judicial District Court in Ketchikan.

Type: Unlawful anchoring of personal use drift gillnet and fail to record personal use salmon

On 7-12-2020 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers issued a summons to Donald Beck (70) of Ketchikan for unlawfully anchoring a personal use drift gillnet in the waters of Herring cove. Beck was also cited for not recording personal use taken salmon on his permit before leaving the fishing site. This violation carries a set fine of $120 and does not require an appearance in the First Judicial District Court in Ketchikan. The summons requires a mandatory court appearance in the First Judicial Court in Ketchikan.

Type: Retained Sportfish caught King Salmon/Under 28 in.

On July 15, 2020 at approximately 1045 hrs, Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted 47-year-old Vladimir Donets of California. Donets was found to be in possession of a King Salmon that measured below 28 inches in length. Donets was issued an Alaska Uniform Citation for the violation, which carries a set fine of $270.00

Type: Assault IV (Domestic Violence)/VCOR

On 7/18/2020 at 0057 hours, Prince of Wales State Troopers and the Thorne Bay VPSO responded to a reported disturbance in Thorne Bay. Investigation resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old David Impecoven after it was determined he had assaulted a family member. Further investigation revealed Impecoven was in violation of his conditions of release by consuming alcohol. Impecoven was remanded to the Craig Jail pending arraignment.
