The meeting is being held on Tuesday October 4th from 7 - 9 pm and will be for the sole purpose of electing the new community council members. Ballots were sent out via email a few days ago and are posted on the Hollis website along with the eligible voter list and instructions for both in person and proxy voting. Please review all documents carefully. Voting will be open until 8 pm in order to allow ample time for the votes to be tallied in the presence of any community members who would like to be in attendance.
