It is going to be a very busy fall for State Land Sales in Alaska, and we wanted to make sure that you are up to date with everything that is being offered!
We are currently accepting public comment on:
The Remote Recreational Cabin Sites (RRCS) drawing schedule through September 6th, 2019
The 2019 Alaska State Fall Land Offering, Auction #488 through September 19th, 2019
The 2019 Alaska Division of Agriculture Auction #487 through September 19th, 2019
Comments can be emailed to landsales@alaska.gov, faxed to 907-269-8916, or mailed to DNR Land Sales, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 640, Anchorage, AK 99501.
The Application Filing Period for the RRCS Offering #14 is NOW OPEN and we will be accepting applications until 5 P.M. on Friday, October 11, 2019. The drawing for staking authorizations will be held on November 5th, 2019.
The bidding period for both the fall land auction and the agriculture auction will begin at 10 A.M. on Thursday, September 19th, and will close October 17th, 2019. The opening of the sealed bids will occur on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 in the Robert B. Atwood building in downtown Anchorage.

As always, the State is offering competitive, in-house financing for all successful bidders, as well as the veteran's discount for qualifying applicants!
