On 12/14/2019 at about 2105 hours, the Alaska State Troopers contacted and arrested Damion Wallace, age 19, of Ketchikan in the 2400 Block of Raven Avenue. Wallace had an outstanding warrant reference the original charge of DUI. Wallace was remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail

On 12/15/19 at approximately 1210 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance at a residence near mile 11 of the North Tongass Highway. Investigation revealed that Cenyon Jacobsen, age 22 of Ketchikan, had assaulted a family member. Jacobsen was arrested for Assault IV (DV) and remanded to the Ketchikan Correctional Center without bail.

On December 17, 2019, the Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales island contacted 31 year old Jessica Montgomery hiding in a residence. Jessica was arrested on an outstanding probation warrant and transported to the Craig Jail where she was remanded on $1000.00 bail

UPDATE

On 12/14/2019, 24 year old William Carle of Hydaburg was arrested on a $5000 arrest warrant for his involvement. He was remanded to the Craig jail on charges of Theft II and Criminal Mischief III. On 12/17/2019, 31 year old David Natkong-Carle was arrested on a $10,000 arrest warrant for the charge of Burglary II, Theft II, Criminal Mischief III, and Theft III. An outpouring of support and tips from the community of Hydaburg led to the arrests.

On 12/12/2019 at approximately 0730 hours, Prince of Wales State Troopers received a report that the Tongass Federal Credit Union Branch Office in Hydaburg was burglarized and an ATM Machine was stolen. Approximately $5000 damage was caused to the school and bank office, and a yet determined amount of cash was stolen. Suspects have been identified. Anyone with further information regarding this incident is encouraged to call the Alaska State Troopers at 826-2918.

On 12/18/2019, at approximately 1540 hours, Prince of Wales State Troopers were conducting follow-up investigations to an unrelated case when they contacted 24 year old Marilyn Bell-Holter of Hydaburg. Bell-Holter was found to have two outstanding arrest warrants totaling $2000. Bell-Holter was remanded to the Craig Jail on the warrants.

On 12/19/2019 at about 0001 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a call of a disturbance at a residence at mile 11 of the North Tongass Highway. Investigation revealed that Michael Loch, age 18 of Ketchikan committed the crime of Harassment in the 2nd Degree after Loch made continuous threats to hurt an animal belonging to a family member. Further investigation revealed that Loch was on current conditions of release set by the Ketchikan Courthouse stemming from the original charges of Assault 4 DV, Criminal Mischief 5 DV, and PTRP. Loch was arrested and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center with No Bail.

On December 20, 2019, at approximately 1500 hrs, Alaska State Troopers contacted 36-year-old Thomas Ruckman of Klawock onboard an IFA vessel. Ruckman was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for his arrest on the felony offense of assault in the third degree, involving domestic violence. Ruckman was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center, where he was held without bail pending his arraignment.
