[Letter to the Editor] We Are at a Stand Still at the Klawock Post Office

 

We are at a real stand still at the Klawock Post  Office.  She is open from 9 a.m. to 1pm 6 days a week. Only boxes or bulk mail. NO sales or front desk.

Chrystal is no longer there and this lady is overwhelmed and needs people to come and pick up their packages. If you see lights on inside  not of the hours above  and she is in the back knock on the package door next to the mail shoots and SHE WILL TRY to get to you to let you pick up packages.  

I SAID MIGHT!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE SHE IS JUST AS OVERWHELMED AS CHRYSTAL WAS AND SHE DID IT FOR OVER TWO AND A HALF YEARS!!!SO Please be patient with our new PostMistress. Thank and please stay safe in public . Naida M Bailey ( Bandit)

P.S. Call the Anchorage number below or email them at the site to let them know how our Island is strapped. Thank you and please be kind to our new Lady at the Post Office. Go to Craig for any retail or sending out of non labeled or postage paid packages.

The Klawock Post Office side window will be open for package pickup ONLY Mon-Sat, 9am-1pm.

All postage/ freight purchases will need to be made at the Craig Post Office.
