On 7/4/16 at approximately 1600 hours, Alaska State Troopers on Prince of Wales Island observed Raymon Frank Guthrie, age 55 of Hydaburg, operating a motor vehicle in the community of Hydaburg. AST had prior involvement with Guthrie and knew that his driver’s license was currently revoked. Guthrie was contacted and issued an Alaska Uniform Citation for Driving While License Revoked.

On 6/30/16, Alaska Wildlife Troopers on maritime patrol near Prince of Wales Island cited Ryan Ross, 30 of Seattle, WA for failing to log a yelloweye rockfish on his non-resident sport fishing license. The fine for this violation is $110 through the Prince of Wales court.
