Fox News:

An Alaska Airlines flight traveling from San Francisco to Philadelphia was forced to divert to Chicago when a passenger lit a cigarette in the cabin and then became "belligerent" after being asked to put it out early Wednesday morning.

Citing a spokeswoman for the airline, NBC Chicago reported the flight landed at O'Hare International Airport around 4:22 a.m. CT (5:22 a.m. ET) "due to a disruptive passenger onboard and out of an abundance of caution."

Alaska Airlines confirmed the man was escorted off of the plane in Chicago and turned over to law enforcement.

According to Chicago police, the male passenger lit up a cigarette and put it out at the request of a flight attendant. However, he then began to walk up and down the aisle of the plane "getting belligerent." He was taken into federal custody but it's unclear at this time if charges will be filed.

We've said it once and we will say it twice, people become ABSOLUTE ANIMALS as soon as an airplane goes up into the sky. I don't know if it's the lack of oxygen, the additional radiation, the lack of quality snacks, the insane amount of 'emotional support animals on flights', not enough free booze, terrible in-flight entertainment...something...something is making people go insane!

And what is the poor chap doing?! It's 2019, just bring a freaking vape on the plane and take some puffs in the bathroom like everyone else!

Captain Commander know's the drill. How do you think Airplane pilots stay awake on long flights? They definitely aren't drinking Red Bull....

On a serious note, smokers are way to ostracized for smoking. The real issue on planes and airports are the disgusting people who bring their disgusting 'emotional support animals' everywhere they go because they are too cheap to put them into a doggie daycare for a few days.

We all judge you! Case in Point:

Absolutely disgusting! Support Animals are almost as bad as people misplacing their dead relatives ashes!

A glove, some sunglasses or maybe a cell phone are items you might expect to find in a lost-and-found. Recently, however, human ashes were discovered left behind at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and officials want to return them.

The department posted the story on Facebook this week in hopes of finding the rightful owner of the ashes.

"Having the ashes in the lost and found is not the appropriate place. We want to get it back to the family, so that's the social media push that we're doing now," said Airport Police and Fire Department Sergeant Dan Juarez.

Juarez says someone left the ashes behind at the Transportation Security Administration screening checkpoint in August 2018. They were then placed in lost-and-found with the expectation that someone would claim them right away, but no one did.

LOL AUGUST 2018! 100% Guaranteed Anchorage is getting flooded with phone calls from obscure collectors who are trying to add, "human ashes from Alaska Airport" to their collection. That's the problem with social media, we still think we live in a high trust society where someone will just call up and innocently claim their long lost remains.

No...No...NO...there are weird people out there, that are  just browsing the interwebz for weird items like this.

In either case, we learned four things:

1. If you are a smoker, bring a vape on an Airplane

2. We judge "service animal" people

3. Don't leave human remains at airports.
