Last weekend's Zombie Run was a success with about 150 people in attendance and Trina writes:
The 2019 Zombie Run was AWESOME!
Thank you to the POW Runners & Walkers Club members Kurt Whitehead (route marker & flagging guy), Sister Janice Bush (registration & traffic stopping nun), Gretchen Klein (fastest sweeper in Southeast) and Thom Morrison (best chair mover and dustbin holder ever).

To All The Zombies including The Nelson Family & friends Johanna Nelson, The Creighton Family& friends Jen Creighton, The Anderson Family Elizabeth Anderson, and Klawock School Corby Weyhmiller...it wouldn’t be a zombie run without you!
To the fabulous and talented Jeri Rosenthal who worked her makeup magic on so many zombies! 🧟♀️🧟♂️Wow! Her special effects were incredible, and how about that outfit?! Jen, Dave & family...thank you for jumping in with your zombie makeup expertise too. The Creightons know how to create a gory scary bloody face!
To The Craig Public Health Nurse Wonder Women! Stacey Lynn You quizzed our participants and revived their lives for more zombie encounters. Great job!
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, runners, walkers, strollers, all! Without you, who would Daniel have to frighten?! Carrie Sam🤣😘
We hope you enjoyed the chilly sunshine, the scary zombies, the opportunity to double back for MORE zombies, and just getting out there on a nice day with your friends and families.
