Ketchikan Police Report First Week of October 2019

On 10/3/19 at approximately 1310 hours, officers responded to a residence in the 3700 block of
Denali Avenue for a report male screaming and breaking things. Officers contacted Samuel
Graham, age 32, who was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree – Domestic Violence.
He was transported to the state jail and held without bail.

On 10/06/19 at approximately 1459 hours, officers contacted Andrew Milne, age 40, driving a
black Toyota SUV in the 2400 block of Tongass Avenue for a REDDI (Report Every Dangerous
Driver Report) report. Mr. Milne failed field sobriety tests, was placed under arrest and
transported to the state jail where he was set to be released on his own recognizance.

On 10/06/19 at approximately 1445 hours, officers responded to a business on Don King Road
for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Danielle Evans, age 29, was arrested for Theft in the 4th
degree. She was transported to the state jail and set to be released on her own recognizance.

On 10/08/19 at approximately 0107 hours, officers contacted Christopher J. Bevis, age 48, at a
midtown hotel with a female. Mr. Bevis was arrested for Violating a Protective Order. He was
transported to the state jail and held without bail.

On 10/08/19 at approximately 0251 hours, officers contacted Cole J. Merritt, age 19, in the 600
block of Dock Street due to him continually honking his vehicle horn. Mr. Merritt was
intoxicated and arrested for Driving Under the Influence. Mr. Merritt was transported to the
state jail and set to be released on his own recognizance.

On 10/09/19 at approximately 0215 hours, officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 3100
Tongass Avenue. Officers contacted Ashleigh Krantz, age 31, who was arrested for three counts
of Assault in the 4th Degree and Violation of Conditions of Release. She was transported to the
state jail where she was held on $1750.00 bail.

On 10/08/19 at approximately 1755 hours, officers responded to the 100 block of Inman Street
for the report of Stella Burr, age 47, violating conditions of release. Ms. Burr was placed under
arrest for Violation of Conditions of Release and was transported to the state jail where she was
held on $250.00 bail.
